Bombing Sticker Generator License

This Sticker Generator License (“License”) is entered into between Bombing.cc (“Licensor”) and the end user (“Licensee”) of the Sticker generator software (“Software”).

Grant of License:

1. Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal use only. This license is limited to the generation and personal use of images created by the Software and does not include the right to modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or use the images for commercial purposes.

Restrictions:

2. Licensee shall not use the Software or the generated images for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to selling, licensing, or distributing the images for monetary gain without obtaining prior written consent from Licensor.
3. Licensee shall not sublicense, rent, lease, lend, or transfer the Software or the generated images to any third party.
4. Licensee shall not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software.

Intellectual Property:

5. Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. Licensee acknowledges that the Software is protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws.
6. Licensee agrees not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in or on the Software or the generated images.

Disclaimer of Warranty:

7. The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability:

8. In no event shall Licensor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services, loss of use, data, or profits, or business interruption) arising in any way out of the use, inability to use, or the results of the use of the Software or the generated images.

Termination

9. Licensor reserves the right to terminate this License at any time if Licensee breaches any of the terms and conditions stated herein. Upon termination, Licensee shall immediately cease all use of the Software and the generated images.

Governing Law:

10. This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this License shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in [Jurisdiction].

By using the Software, Licensee acknowledges that they have read and understood this License and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
